Job Title: Teleoncology Advanced Practice Provider

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Teleoncology Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at International SOS Government Medical Services. As a Teleoncology Advanced Practice Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and support to clients with hematology and oncology needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct telehealth consultations and provide medical advice to clients
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current and unrestricted license to practice nursing in any state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia
  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)/Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalency
  • Telehealth- Teleoncology experience is strongly preferred
  • Prior VA or military experience is preferred

Education:

  • Nurse Practitioner candidates must be a graduate of a school of nursing that was approved and/or accredited by the appropriate State agency and accredited by either the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) at the time the program was completed
  • Physician Assistant candidates must be graduates of a physician assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) and possess a master's degree

Physical Requirements:

  • Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time
  • May require bending, stooping and lifting to 25 lbs

Other Special Qualifications:

  • US Citizen
  • Must relocate to project site for the duration of the contract
  • Pass/possess VA Public Trust Clearance
