Job Overview:

Are you a motivated and dedicated professional ready to embark on a career in talent acquisition? We invite you to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

In this role, you will be instrumental in reviewing résumés, evaluating potential candidates, and organizing interviews. Unlike larger recruiting firms, we offer a close-knit and supportive atmosphere where you will work directly with an executive recruiter and assist with various recruitment tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify, attract, and present a pool of qualified candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants.
  • Summarize the skills, experiences, qualifications, and relevant information of pre-screened candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust and diverse talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs.
  • Work closely with the team to thoroughly understand the requirements for key positions.
  • Source both passive and active candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and preparation calls with recruiters, providing additional support as necessary.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance by accurately entering information into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to foster and maintain positive relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supportive role, ideally in sales, recruiting, or administrative services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Data entry and management experience across multiple platforms.
  • Basic understanding of HRIS and ATS systems.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
