Healthcare Operations Director

Insight Global seeks a seasoned Healthcare Operations Director to lead our Health Systems department in Kenai, AK. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $160,242 - $176,408 per year.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience overseeing clinical operations, revenue cycle management, and staff supervision. They should also possess expertise in developing health program strategies, quality improvement initiatives, and policy implementation.
This role involves:
- Leveraging leadership skills to direct the Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Wellness, Dental, Optometry, Laboratory, Radiology, Revenue Cycle, and Medical Director teams.
- Developing and executing strategic plans for healthcare service improvement, including exploring clinical expansion opportunities.
- Crafting and implementing policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Identifying and pursuing funding opportunities through grants, programs, and other sources.
- Maintaining accreditation standards through CARF, AAAHC, FAHQ, and ACHC requirements.
- Providing guidance and supervision to staff while supporting effective team management practices.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service, quality assurance, and risk resolution.
- Complying with healthcare regulations regarding risk management, infection control, and customer safety.
