About the Job
The Salvation Army is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Janitorial and Logistics Coordinator. This position will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of our janitorial services, including scheduling staff, managing supplies, and overseeing cleanliness standards. Additionally, you will assist with receiving and storing donations, as well as coordinating transportation schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the daily schedule of janitorial staff, ensuring that all areas are cleaned and maintained.
  • Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Oversee cleanliness standards, ensuring that all areas meet safety and health regulations.
  • Assist with receiving and storing donations, including organizing and labeling items.


Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as hospitality or healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.


Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
