This role entails:

  • Directing the Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Wellness, Dental, Optometry, Laboratory, Radiology, Revenue Cycle, and Medical Director teams.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to enhance healthcare services, including exploring opportunities for clinical expansion.
  • Creating and implementing policies and procedures aligned with business goals.
  • Identifying and pursuing funding opportunities through grants, programs, and other sources.
  • Maintaining accreditation standards through CARF, AAAHC, FAHQ, and ACHC requirements.
  • Mentoring and supervising staff to promote effective teamwork and performance management.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service, quality assurance, and risk resolution.
  • Meeting healthcare regulatory requirements for risk management, infection control, and customer safety.
