Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily account maintenance tasks, including file maintenance, overdraft management, and branch capture.
  • Process and approve wire transfers, and serve as a backup for wire transfers as needed.
  • Conduct research on statements and images, and respond to returned mail and verifications.
  • Process stop payments, subpoenas, and other financial services tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers and colleagues.
  • Assist with daily FMS balancing and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous banking experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
