Pharmacist - Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at WEIS LLC. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for controlling inventories, tracking sales, and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and maximize profits.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the pharmacy manager to control inventories and order pharmaceutical stock.
- Weigh, measure, mix, and fill drugs and other medical compounds.
- Dispense non-prescription medications and provide advice to self-medicating patients.
- Maintain open communication with health and insurance professionals.
- Perform patient immunizations on a regular basis.
- Assist the pharmacy manager with scheduling, performance recognition, and discipline as needed.
- Help control department expenses by monitoring and improving operations.
- Respond to customer complaints and questions in a courteous manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean department through an effective housekeeping program.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm D degree.
- State Pharmacist License.
