Job Title: Sanitation Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Coordinator to join our team at Mars Incorporated. As a Sanitation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and clean working environment, promoting food safety, and ensuring compliance with site GMPs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and promote the company's health and safety program
Provide input on decisions according to food safety
Assist all areas in maintaining high levels of daily cleanliness and adherence to site GMPs
Prioritize work daily by identifying pressing issues, through communication with each operator, knowing shift production plans and awareness of area
Promote high quality team environment through effective teamwork and self-management with a positive attitude
Perform all assigned activities and job tasks within their area
Understand production schedules as they relate to shutdowns
Detailed cleaning of large areas and work spaces
Detailed cleaning of large pieces of manufacturing equipment
Understanding of microbiological and pest control as it pertains to a food manufacturing environment
