Job Overview:
The Commercial Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and maintaining long-lasting business relationships to drive sales growth in commercial markets. This involves generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with key decision-makers, including facility executives, property managers, and commercial clients.

This position requires cultivating strong professional relationships with referral sources and trade partners by analyzing the market, identifying target clients, reaching decision-makers, and using a consultative sales approach to convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and manages a portfolio of commercial accounts with a high propensity to engage our services during damage events or environmental disasters.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key decision-makers, including facility executives, property managers, and commercial clients.
  • Oversees the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
