Job Overview

Mitchell International, a leading provider of technology and services to the Property & Casualty insurance industry, seeks an experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the collision repair industry and its trends. They will be responsible for developing and executing a business plan to drive new business opportunities, upsell into existing accounts, and provide consultative services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business/territory plan to maximize opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close new business deals.
  • Provide regular forecasts for assigned territory.
  • Present a meaningful ROI to customers by understanding their priorities, competitors, industry trends, and positioning Mitchell's solutions and capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 years of software sales experience required.
  • Proven results in meeting and exceeding sales targets/quota sales or ranking in top 10% of sales organization.
  • Adept at active listening, recognizing verbal cues, oral and written communication, persuasion, and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite required.
Benefits

This is a full-time remote position with 60% travel in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. The successful candidate will be eligible for a total compensation package (base salary and commission) between $120-140k, with no cap on commissions.
