Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the after-school program aligns with site objectives and nurtures strong community connections.
- Implement and uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Oversee after-school staff and students daily to guarantee a secure program environment.
- Work alongside the Regional Program Manager to prepare and train site staff, ensuring program standards are met.
- Serve as the primary representative of Elevo, providing exceptional service to students, school personnel, and parents.
- Act as the main contact for parents regarding inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with school administration to facilitate smooth interactions between Elevo, site staff, and other stakeholders.
- Manage student attendance and ensure all records are accurate and compliant.
- Partner with Elevo's regional management to design and implement a comprehensive program schedule.
- Complete daily reports for leadership review to assess program effectiveness.
- Ensure staff apply behavior management strategies and that students remain engaged in activities.
- Serve as a positive role model.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and assist with ordering and receiving.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
- Ensure staff accurately record their working hours.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of management experience (Elevo experience may substitute for management experience on a case-by-case basis).
- 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, or child development preferred.
- Minimum of 48 college credits or an AA degree (or equivalent through an Instructional Aide Exam).
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficient in Google Suite and other technology platforms.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Provide a negative TB Test dated within the last 4 years.
- Authorized to work in the US.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive attitude with a natural curiosity for problem-solving.
- Thorough understanding of the organization's mission and goals.
The ideal candidate must be capable of fulfilling all physical requirements of the role with or without reasonable accommodation. Key physical requirements include:
- Ability to move about to complete tasks.
- Ability to work around young children, including sitting, standing, and running.
- Ability to navigate safely on uneven terrain.
