About YouWe're looking for someone who has been successful working with elementary and/or middle school kids. You should understand and implement engaging lesson plans while maintaining accuracy and organization in activities. Effectively support kids' behavioral management needs. RequirementsMust be eligible to work in the United States, complete and pass a Live-Scan background check, and TB screening. 48 college credits or willing to take and pass a para-educator exam. 1-2 years of working experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child-focused experiences strongly preferred.
