Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team at Roth Staffing Companies. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys with all aspects of warranty litigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with fact investigation, discovery, management of pleadings and documents, and legal holds.
  • Review discovery responses from outside counsel for accuracy.
  • Create and provide analytics and performance reports as required by the Company and Legal attorneys.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.
  • Experience managing pleadings, discovery, and settlements.
  • Paralegal certificate preferred.
  • Diligent with the ability to adapt and embrace procedures.
What We Offer
  • A long-term temporary opportunity with the possibility to go permanent based on performance.
  • A competitive hourly rate of $45 - $52 per hour.
  • A hybrid work arrangement with 4 days onsite (M-Thurs) and 1 day working from home.
