Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe)
  • 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant in a litigation environment
  • Calendaring experience, including court deadlines and discovery deadlines
  • Experience with state and federal court rules and procedures
  • Drafting pleadings and discovery documents
