Position Overview:

The Head of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for leading and coordinating all sales and reporting activities in alignment with established policies and strategic plans. This role is crucial for achieving sales targets and organizational goals through direct involvement and by managing teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee all sales communication initiatives, including forecasting, reporting, and training for field representatives, with a strong emphasis on business growth.
  • Focus on creating internal methodologies, strategies, and processes to enhance all sales and business development efforts, including market entry strategies.
  • Design targeted Sales and Marketing campaigns aimed at meeting and surpassing the company's sales and revenue goals.
  • Provide support to the Sales department concerning all internal and external functions, including proposals, pricing strategies, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Manage and optimize Hubspot for better performance and organization.
  • Participate in and oversee training for field sales teams regarding all core business initiatives and new opportunities.
  • Utilize and manage CRM systems to enhance marketing efforts directed at existing clients and prospects.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture by establishing a proven, repeatable process for sales teams to follow, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • This position is primarily sedentary, requiring the use of standard office equipment such as computers and telecommunication devices.
  • Some travel may be necessary for training sessions, quarterly business reviews, and meetings.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft applications, including Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word is preferred.
