Job Summary

Acloche-Direct Hire is seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and reactive maintenance duties to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery and equipment.
  • Maintain and improve job skills through company training programs.
  • Contact and order replacement parts and control components as needed.
  • Contribute to the effective operation of our CMMS system.
  • Respond to machine problems and contact Electrical Engineering as needed.
  • Support daily management directives and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement Continuous Improvement projects to improve production efficiencies and safety.
  • Work with production staff to ensure the safe and reliable operation of plant equipment.

Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Basic PLC and drive training.
  • Knowledge of plastic process operations.
