Facilities Maintenance Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform watering, weed control, and litter pickup to ensure our landscaped areas are well-maintained.
- Plant and maintain shrubs, trees, ground covers, flower beds, and perennials to enhance our outdoor spaces.
- Perform pruning, apply fertilizers, soil amendments, edging, and vandalism repairs to keep our facilities looking their best.
- Clean cracks in City streets and perform building clean up to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent physical stamina, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
