About the Position

Clinical Architecture is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project scope and delivery dates in collaboration with Product Management.
  • Create and execute project plans, manage project milestones and timelines, and provide project management support throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Plan, track, and report project performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Assess and escalate risks and threats to projects.
  • Collaborate with Product Management by managing projects and estimates within Jira Atlassian.
  • Oversee team workloads across projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of a project management framework and associated processes and templates.
  • Effective communication is essential, both verbally and written.
  • Motivated and eager to learn new skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment, including group facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Familiarity with project management best practices, such as the PMIs Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager leading complex, enterprise projects or programs.
  • Experience working in SDLC/Agile-hybrid environments, managing projects to deliver software solutions, and working as a project manager.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Project, and other project management tools is highly desirable.
  • A working knowledge of Jira Atlassian.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus.
