About the Role

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled Geographic Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the electrical distribution market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers and partners on electrical distribution systems and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the electrical distribution or energy management industry
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical distribution systems, including low voltage and medium voltage equipment
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build relationships with customers and partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and deadlines
