The primary responsibility of this position is to operate a switchboard or telephone console to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Our ideal candidate will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, working under immediate supervision. This role does not require exercising independent judgment, as the primary job functions are guided by established protocols.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. This position typically reports to a supervisor or manager and requires a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with at least 1 year of experience in the field or in a related area.

We offer a competitive salary range, estimated at $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
