Position Overview:
$400/month housing stipend available for eligible full-time residents of specific counties. Conditions apply.

In your role as a Patient Service Representative Lead, you will:

  • Collaborate with clinic leadership to oversee the patient service team.
  • Provide administrative support within a physician clinic, including reception duties, telephone management, medical records handling, charge entry, referrals, and information retrieval from various systems.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the healthcare team and patients/families to address their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Exhibit accountability for relationship-based care, aligning with our organizational mission and core values.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in an outpatient clinic or physician office.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in office and computer skills, including filing, telephone management, and familiarity with software such as Microsoft Word, Email, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A genuine desire to work with patient populations.

Physical Requirements:
This position involves sedentary work, requiring prolonged periods of sitting and the ability to exert/lift up to 10 lbs occasionally.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $33.16 per hour.
