Position Overview:

We offer a housing stipend for eligible full-time residents in designated counties. Candidates must work primarily on-site at a CommonSpirit Mountain Region facility. More details will be provided upon offer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership to oversee the patient service team.
  • Provide administrative support within a medical clinic, including reception duties, telephone management, medical records handling, charge entry, and referral processing.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the healthcare team and patients/families to address their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Exhibit accountability for relationship-based care, aligning with our organizational mission and core values.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment, particularly in outpatient settings.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in office tasks, including computer skills, filing, and reception duties.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A genuine desire to work with diverse patient populations.
  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary work with occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
