About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive, SMB to join our team. As a key member of our SMB Sales team, you will play a crucial role in achieving corporate business objectives by solving tangible client obstacles and redefining their definition of what's possible through the implementation of Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and/or Sell.

Your Responsibilities
  • Own the complete sales process from start to finish, working closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to take a small business prospect to an active Dialpad client.
  • Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases and help businesses solve complex communications problems.
  • Participate in weekly 1:1 meetings with your Manager, comprised of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap discussions.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, and Highspot.
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales.
