Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Shelby, North Carolina. As a Med Surg RN at Atrium Health Charlotte, you will provide high-quality patient care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of individualized plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or situation.
  • Analyzes the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
  • Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes.
  • Implements the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.

About the Role:

This is a Staff nursing position in our Progressive Care Units, where you will work alongside cardiologists and hospitalists to manage titratable cardiac drips, bipap, post-op, and post-ICU patients.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state of North Carolina.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
