Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Window Treatment Sales Specialist to join our team at Drapery Connection. This role is ideal for individuals who have a flair for design and a strong desire to assist clients in selecting the perfect window treatments. Key Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients
  • Experience conducting in-home design consultations to determine the ideal products that align with clients' tastes, functional requirements, and financial plans
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Driven by results and a competitive spirit
  • Dependable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance
  • Prior experience in window treatments, interior design, or sales in related home improvement sectors is advantageous
  • Comfortable with various technology platforms and software, including Outlook, PDF files, CRM systems, and online resources, as well as adept at using an iPad
  • Capable of handling and transporting materials and samples, with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand client needs and prepare estimates that align with their budgets
  • Accurately measure, quote, and document detailed specifications throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, workroom, client services, and leadership to ensure outstanding results
  • Take ownership of your accounts to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues that may arise
