Sales Professional III

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Sales Rep III. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining sales relationships with customers, selling products and services in the field, and handling special projects as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer quotes and order requests.
- Handle all return requests and Field Product.
- Maintain open and closed order files.
- Knowledge and understanding of customer requirements per specifications.
- On call after hours duty applies.
- Adjusts and/or coordinates complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
- Responsible for accurate and timely order maintenance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings with a structured agenda, focusing on sales funnel management, forecast review, market share actions, strategic marketing, and alignment with the overall sales strategy.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, production planning, accounting, and management teams to optimize sales outcomes and address any challenges or bottlenecks in the sales process.
- Ability and willingness to utilize CRM tools to capture opportunities, wins and losses and update market scope and size.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive, specialized technical knowledge of company's products and services, customer requirements and competitive market.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven negotiating skills.
