Oilfield Sales Professional

As a Sales Rep III at FET, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue in the energy sector. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, selling complex products and services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Work closely with marketing, engineering, and production planning teams to develop and implement sales plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the oilfield services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
