About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Vancouver, WA. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional variations depending on business needs. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 per annum, based on qualifications and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Process AR/AP batches, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies;
  • Post invoices, finance charges, and unapplied funds to the correct General Ledger accounts;
  • Match invoice totals to receiver amounts and reconcile any discrepancies;
  • Count cash tills and make bank deposits;
  • Separate cash and charge invoices, sending charge invoices to Vancouver;
  • Process invoices, including stamping, coding, and cross-referencing with special orders;
  • Enter vendor payments into the system;
  • Research and resolve issues related to special orders not billed to customers;
  • File vendor payments in alphabetical and date order;
  • Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries;
  • File invoices accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Age 18+;
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable motor vehicle record;
  • Criminal background check clear of felonies within the past 10 years;
  • Ability to pass pre-employment DOT/Non-DOT drug screen and maintain clean random drug screens throughout employment.
