ABA Therapist

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities, providing one-on-one therapy sessions under the clinical supervision of a BCBA.
Responsibilities:- Implement individualized treatment plans, behavior plans, and other clinical instructions to deliver quality therapeutic services to each child and their family.
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records of client sessions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a minimum of an Associate's Degree in a related field.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a CPR certification/First Aid certification and re-certification every 2 years.
- Successful completion and maintenance of Safety Care Training.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
Center-based environment for children and parents.
