We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the clinical supervision of a BCBA.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized ABA therapy to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities
- Follow treatment plans, behavior plans, and clinical instructions to deliver high-quality therapeutic services
- Collaborate with BCBA's and other team members to ensure effective treatment outcomes
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and team members
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Associate's degree in a related field or higher
- At least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism or other developmental disabilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification and Safety Care Training
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
