Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide training and coaching to families and staff on behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Therapists to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents with special needs
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, and instructional methods
