About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the clinical supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, behavior plans, and other clinical instructions
  • Collaborate with BCBA's and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification/First Aid certification and re-certification every 2 years
  • Successful completion and maintenance of Safety Care Training
