Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in land development project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing land use entitlements and governmental agency approvals
  • Coordinating with utility companies to ensure adequate infrastructure
  • Developing and managing project budgets and schedules
  • Overseeing trade partner selection and management
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and 18 days of paid time off in the first year.
