We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Representative to join our innovative team at DCA Outdoor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key accounts and client relationships, developing business relationships with customers' buyers and decision makers.
  • Oversee order management, ensuring that orders are well-balanced, booked on time, and allocated intentionally to best achieve our company mission.
  • Take a leadership role within the sales team, supporting team members, achieving sales goals, and adhering to company policy and core values.
  • Be an expert resource for customers, demonstrating knowledge of the nursery industry, plant material, and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate contact information for customers in CRM software, ensuring customer contacts are documented and proper contacts are selected to receive invoices.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in related fields of sales and nursery industry.
  • Good knowledge of plant material and ability to identify cultivars on sight.
  • Highly preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English, CRM experience, and SalesForce experience.
