Senior Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Representative to join our team at Schwope Brothers West Coast, a leading provider of high-quality trees and landscape products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key accounts and client relationships, developing business relationships with customers and decision-makers.
  • Ensure orders are well-balanced, booked on time, and allocated intentionally to best achieve our company mission.
  • Work with the sales manager to process credit requests and maintain accurate contact information for customers in CRM software.
  • Take a leadership role within the sales team, supporting team members, achieving sales goals, and adhering to company policy and core values.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in sales and the nursery industry.
  • Good knowledge of plant material and ability to identify cultivars on sight.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (SalesForce and SBI preferred).
  • Experience with order management and logistics.
