We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Representative to join our innovative team at DCA Outdoor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Key Accounts & Clients Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers' buyers and decision makers, service the outside reps at PlantRight Solutions, and help develop new relationships by participating in sales trips and tradeshows.
  • Order Management: Ensure that orders are well balanced, booked on time, allocated intentionally to best achieve our company mission, and shipped at the proper time. This also requires that orders be evaluated to protect the availability by ensuring customers are not holding back material that could be sold elsewhere.
  • Team Leadership: Take a leadership role within the sales team, help support team members, achieve sales goals, adhere to company policy, follow core values, and solve problems in a positive, respectful way.
  • Be an Expert Resource for Customers: Demonstrate expert knowledge of the nursery industry, plant material, and market conditions. Understand regional differences, plant hardiness, and be able to make appropriate substitution suggestions that will help fill the customers' needs.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in related fields of Sales and Nursery Industry
  • Good knowledge of plant material; ability to identify cultivars on sight
  • Highly preferred: Bilingual in Spanish & English
  • Highly preferred: CRM experience; SalesForce
