Position Overview: The Warehouse Sales Associate role involves essential tasks such as loading and lifting bulk products, efficiently sorting, handling, and managing the loading and unloading of feed, grain, and lubricants into and out of storage areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize forklifts for the effective loading and unloading of products.
  • Maintain high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication.
  • Support ongoing employee development and foster team building.
  • Enhance relationships between employees and customers.
  • Perform billing and data entry tasks.

Work Schedule: Must be available to work Monday through Saturday and some holidays.

Reporting Structure: This position will report directly to the Location Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and quick decision-making abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Execute checks and balances as directed by management.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of data.
  • Adhere to company credit policies and manage inventory effectively.
  • Occasional scale and weight management responsibilities.
  • Provide customer service on-site.
  • Proficient in forklift operation.
