Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at the Westin Portland Harborview. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Greet and check-in guests, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including handling guest requests, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve problems in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
- Competitive Pay: Starting pay rate of $16 per hour.
