  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hotel standards and protocols.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives, as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and upbeat personality.
  • Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
