Job Overview: We are seeking energetic and expressive spa attendants to ensure a clean, safe, enjoyable experience for all guests throughout our spa, fitness, and hydrothermal facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Welcome and Support: Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth and pleasant spa experience.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in spa, fitness, and hydrothermal facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, indoor and outdoor pool areas, and locker rooms.
  • Supply Management: Stock and replenish towels, linens, and amenities as needed to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
  • Refreshment Service: Prepare and serve refreshments to guests in designated relaxation areas, maintaining a welcoming and hospitable environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist therapists and other staff members with preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available.
  • Guest Inquiry Response: Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing information about spa services, amenities, and facility features.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to spa policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and sustainability practices.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with spa receptionists, therapists, and other team members to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the spa or hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all areas.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of spa etiquette and procedures is advantageous.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
