Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Security Bank of Kansas City. As a key member of our banking center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued customers, working efficiently, and possessing a friendly and outgoing personality.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to help solve problems, and strive for accuracy. You will support and service new and existing Security Bank of Kansas City customers using in-person interactions, ensuring that the banking center channel delivers consistent, prompt, and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our valued customers
- Work efficiently and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
- Help solve problems and strive for accuracy
- Support and service new and existing Security Bank of Kansas City customers
- Ensure the banking center channel delivers consistent, prompt, and professional customer experience
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year banking and previous teller experience preferred
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use tact and diplomacy and present a professional personal appearance
- Comfortable using office technology tools
