Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and friendly assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, handle customer and associate questions and requests
  • Distribute applications to prospective new associates, coordinate and schedule appointments for Management
  • Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, copying, and maintaining associate bulletin boards
  • Remain knowledgeable about store layout, products, and advertised sales
  • Ensure a clean and well-stocked work area, adhering to Company Policies and Procedures
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Ability to calculate figures, communicate effectively, and establish working relationships
  • Proficiency in operating computerized Point of Sale and PBX systems
