**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive new business in the established geographical territory of Southwest Texas. The ideal candidate will build relationships through in-person sales calls to manufacturing plants, warehouses, engineering firms, and other critical environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop in-depth knowledge of ventilation products and engineered solutions to present and sell to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulatory standards and certification classifications.
- Collaborate with our in-house design and estimating team to ensure customer proposals are detailed and accurate.
- Provide professional presentations and proposals to clients.
- Work with management to develop forecasts and business plans.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
- At least 5 years of professional sales experience, preferably in the ventilation or HVAC industry.
- Strong technical aptitude to work with engineers and designers.
- Ability to present to C-Suite personnel and engineers.
- Willingness to travel as needed to manage business in all corners of the Southwest Texas territory.
