Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to reach and exceed set sales targets.
  • Plan Customization: Offer personalized insurance plans to clients, optimizing both cost-effectiveness and coverage.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in the insurance sector to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with clients, prioritizing their satisfaction and maintaining their trust in our services.
Requirements
  • Licensing: Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is encouraged.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-focused approach.
  • Remote Work Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to remain productive and collaborative in a remote work setting.
