As a Senior SAP FICO & FP&A Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing our financial workflows and systems within the SAP environment. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure the smooth integration of financial and controlling modules with other essential SAP components vital to our manufacturing processes. Your proficiency will facilitate strategic decision-making, financial clarity, and adherence to regulatory standards within our organization. Additionally, you will oversee the configuration and management of third-party tax software.

Amplify Cell Technologies, a collaboration between Accelera, PACCAR, Daimler Truck, and EVE, is a Battery Cell Manufacturing enterprise focused on producing cells primarily for the Commercial Vehicle and Energy Storage Systems sectors.

What You Will Achieve at Amplify:

• Implementation and Configuration: Spearhead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4 HANA FICO & FP&A modules tailored to the unique requirements of lithium-ion battery manufacturing processes.
• Financial Accounting: Enhance financial accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, asset accounting, bank accounting, and tax accounting, ensuring precision and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Controlling: Design and refine cost center accounting, product costing, profitability analysis, and internal orders to bolster operational decision-making and profitability management.
• Integration: Work alongside SAP MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and SD (Sales and Distribution) teams to guarantee seamless integration and data consistency across modules.
• Reporting and Analytics: Create financial reports, KPI dashboards, and management information systems (MIS) to deliver timely insights for executive decision-making.
• Compliance and Audit: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal controls, supporting audit activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• User Training and Support: Train local teams on SAP Finance, Accounting, and Controlling functionalities; conduct training sessions, provide ongoing support, and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP FICO & FP&A-related inquiries.
• Operations Support: Offer assistance post go-live and address any post-implementation issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as an SAP FICO & FP&A Consultant, ideally in manufacturing or related sectors. Experience with S/4 HANA FICO is essential.
• Extensive experience with multiple (over 3) full life-cycle SAP implementations.
• Thorough knowledge of SAP FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling) modules, and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), with hands-on experience in implementation and configuration.
• Strong grasp of financial processes, cost accounting principles, and manufacturing operations.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into SAP FICO & FP&A solutions.
• Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders.
• SAP certification in FICO modules is advantageous.

Additional Information:

This position is based in Byhalia, MS (preferred) or Atlanta, GA.
