In light of our ongoing expansion and achievements, we are seeking outstanding and results-oriented Fitness Coaches to become part of our esteemed team at U.P. Washington D.C. locations.

This has been successfully accomplished with numerous Coaches, including members of our current Senior Management team, through our mentorship program and in-house training that every new Fitness Coach will participate in. This ensures you grasp our philosophy and have the opportunity for continuous growth and learning as a Coach.

Compensation: Annual salary of $44,800 with On-Target Earnings (OTEs) ranging from $49,400 to $68,900.

Work Schedule: Full-time commitment required.

Our locations in the United States provide Personal Trainer qualifications and do not necessitate prior certification for applicants.

All U.P. Coaches must possess a valid right to work, and we will address any sponsorship considerations during the application process.

Your information will be securely stored by Ultimate Performance and utilized by our HR and recruitment teams solely for managing your application.

* Note: Full-time hours may include early mornings and late evenings during your initial year of service.
