Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Culture Development

  • Drive a cohesive, One-Facet culture within your teams. Clearly articulate the purpose behind our initiatives and ensure alignment with our overarching go-to-market strategy.
  • Communicate company objectives and initiatives effectively to your team, ensuring clarity on expectations and performance metrics.
  • Inspire your team to represent the brand authentically and motivate them to deliver outstanding value, turning members into enthusiastic advocates.
  • Manage a team of up to 14 financial planners, collaborating with them to develop coaching plans that support long-term success for both the planners and Facet.
  • Act as a representative of the planning department within the organization, engaging in strategic projects as necessary.
  • Promote a member-centric environment through recognition and celebration of team achievements.
  • Shape the planning culture at Facet to ensure high engagement and retention of talented planners.

Process Compliance & Technology Integration

  • Ensure complete adherence to Facet's philosophy, processes, and technology across your team.
  • Achieve or surpass all key performance indicators related to go-to-market programs for your team.
  • Develop tailored coaching and development plans for each planner to meet numeric targets across all interactions.
  • Become proficient in our tools and regularly utilize them to coach and train planners on effective adoption and usage of our proprietary software.
  • Serve as a practice management consultant for your team, integrating best practices for time and relationship management.
  • Regularly verify that your planning team maintains adequate capacity to support sales initiatives.
  • Act as a key resource for the planning team, assisting in resolving member challenges and compliance issues.

Quality Assurance & Brand Integrity

  • Establish a new standard of quality across all member interactions that aligns with our brand values.
  • Aim for a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 65+ and consistently improve customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Ensure high-quality interactions through proactive coaching and the use of performance rubrics.
  • Quickly identify team members who may not be long-term fits and engage in constructive performance discussions.
  • Contribute to the recruitment of the next generation of financial planning talent, raising the bar for quality.

Qualifications:

  • CFP designation required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading and developing high-performing customer-facing teams.
  • Proven project leadership skills with a track record of delivering results through collaboration.
  • Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry and customer needs.
  • Experience in transformational change management within service models.
  • Expertise in developing strategies that enhance processes and member experiences.
  • Familiarity with various financial planning topics such as equity compensation and estate planning.
  • Experience in a financial services startup environment is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for training purposes.
  • Must meet minimum WiFi standards for effective remote work.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary range of $135,000 - $175,000, plus performance-based bonuses.
