Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of nurses to ensure exceptional patient care
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to promote quality care

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
