Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at LHH. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our outside sales team to review customer requirements and quotes
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing timely product information
- Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions
- Recommend alternative products based on cost, availability, or specifications
- Increase sales and average order size through cross-selling, up-selling, and add-on sales
- Obtain accurate information from vendors regarding shipment dates and expected delivery dates
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales
- Industry experience within manufacturing or distribution
