About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Clinical Office Manager Assistant to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care North America. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our clinical office team, performing a variety of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping. You will also provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and vendors, responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the clinical office team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  2. Customer Service: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from patients, staff, and vendors in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Filing and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital, and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  4. Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and vendors, providing clear and concise information as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6 months relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Pleasant telephone manner and good customer service skills essential.
Estimated Salary Range:

$50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
